1. We will be glad to have your pup checked before taking one home however it may require you to come back once you have picked one up..Are vet does require if your in the state of kentucky that you take your pup regardless to your own vet within time frame we provide..All out of state sales puppy will have to have a health certificate prior to leaving no exceptions and then seen by your vet within the alloted time...

2.All puppies are required to see a licensed vet within 3 days of recieving your new pup.

3.All puppies must continue to recieve vaccines from a licensed vet on there suggested puppy schedule..

4.We guarantee all puppies for life threatning congential defects only that can not be treated with medication or surgury.

5.If medication/surgury compromises the health of the puppy and it is due to a congential issue we will discount another puppy of equal or lessor value of advertised puppies..

6.We will ask for a written statement if your vet finds such issues with a puppy..We will also ask for phone and hospital name for us and our vetrinarian's to consult with not providing with such will null and void this guarantee.

7.We reserve the right to ask for the puppy back before any replacement is give.

8.If a replacement puppy is to be shipped the buyer assumes all shipping cost payable and due before any puppy is shipped.

9.We will not replace a puppy for any reason listed below:
a) You do not follow your vet's advice
b) Puppy has outgrown est.weight when purchased
c) If you no longer can keep your puppy/dog and you find another home the guarantee is not transferable to another only original buyer.

10.If you wish to return your puppy to us for any reason no refund will be given.We will provide a long term home and or place with another buyer..It's a higher risk for us to take a puppy/dog back in then it is for you to find a home but some circumstances are not in our control..

11.We do not guarantee for breeding stock only pet's!! so if your female can't concieve get her spayed if your male only has one testical get him neutered.This is for health reason's in coming year's..

12.umbilical/inguinal hernias from time to time we have seen a puppy with these occurances we try to note before going to a new home..these both can be repaired at time of neutering/spaying if we catch it before they leave we will offer another puppy or discount the purchase price of pup $100 and buyer assumes repair of hernias' most umbillical hernias do not have to be fixed unless it get's extremly larger and health of pup is at risk other wise most are repaired for cosmetic reasons only.

13. Our guarantee is only for 1yr from time of birthday..

14. If something happens to the puppy while still in our care we will replace with another puppy of equal value. No refunds but we will make sure it is a pup you will be happy with..

15. no refunds for any reason will be given so be sure you want a lifetime commitment and your ready for your new responsibilities.

16. Your puppy has recieved a minimum of one vaccine with us and has been given in most cases 10 days prior to you recieving it is 5 in one vaccine but like a newborn does not have full immunity so keep isolated from strangers and public places and when going to your vet do not put on the floor or ground..

17.All precautions have been taken to ensure your puppy to be free of intestinal/external parasites but with shipping and or a simple transfer can be stressfull and bring on such parasites as coccidia and giardia keeping a close eye on your puppy's stool is important we have done the basic worming prior to leaving and is checked by our vet as well for the common parasites and coccidia and will not be held liable for parasites external or internal..

18.Hypoglycemia as mentioned on another page can be very dangerous and fatal since the puppies are out of our care we can not and will not be responsible for any issues if we experienced issues prior to puppy going to his/her new home we will be sure pup is stable and ok it will then become your responsibility to continue the proper care so these issues do not become a life threatning situation..
